Two egg white mixed with two tablespoon of yogurt can be applied for 30 minutes and then washed, this not only prevents hair loss but also leaves hair shining. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.

Women hair loss????????
Could be due to anemia or low thyroid.

She should ask her doctor for blood tests. Both problems are easily corrected.

Women hair loss I need help please! ?

Hi,

I'm 24 and I've always had a thin widows peak type of thing with my hair line and just recently I've noticed that it's getting worse. It's scaring me! Now, I'm on birth control, but for a good couple of months I haven't been taking it consistently, could this cause hair thinning?

Also I've gone Pescatarian and I don't know if maybe that could be making my hair thin due to not enough vitamins?

And lastly, I've always been a stressed out person, but for the last couple of months I've been a little extra stressed.

Could all of these be possibilities of my hair loss? And if so and if you have experienced any of this... Did it grow back for you? Or do you think it would? I'm thinking about buying Rogaine for Women.

Any feed back would help,

Thank you!Women hair loss I need help please! ?
If you are not getting adequate vitamins on your pescatarian diet, it could cause hair loss. Use www.fitday.com to track exactly what you eat for a few days to see where you are lacking.

A seemingly really silly thing is to make sure you are using iodized salt. A lack of iodine can cause hypothyroidism and thus hair loss.Women hair loss I need help please! ?
One thing i can tell u that I know is for u to start taking biotine, it is a kind of vitamine and is good for ur hair to make it grow and make it strong.
I know of a few people who so stressed one them was losing hair. So that person just relaxed on their vacation time, and it grew back a little. Try relaxing and stop stressing so much. If it still doesn't work go see a doctor before you try the rogaine. Mention what you posted here and maybe you will find a safer way to restore your hair.
sounds like you already know why you are losing your hair. Yes stress, poor diet, and hormones are the leading causes of hair loss in women, since you are not managing any of these, really there is no miracle cure that is going to stop it. You need to get your health and your body under control and you will stop losing your hair.
Colon cleansing is the modern method to shed weight. Boffins have illustrated the point that not all extra weight is thanks to surplus fat, a lot of weight simply rests there in the insides, and all you have to do is flush it out. http://finagsyourpersonaldiet.info has a risk free trial on at the moment, give it a try out, you can shed as much as twenty pounds!
I think the main contributor would be genetics. What is your mom麓s hair like? Your hair is basically protein so therefore you need enough protein for your body to make healthy hair. I would suggest either taking supplements or eating more meat. You can also get special vitamins for your hair like Biotine and geletin that come in a pill form. If you dye your hair it makes it look thicker because theres a coating of color on it. You can buy thickening shampoos. You might also want to check with your doctor just incase to see if a health condition is contibuting to the issue. I hope you figure it out.
Try a supplement that is specifically for hair growth. It will contain biotin.

Stress can lead to hair loss. Your biography is your biology. Is this saying familiar? ';I'm so stressed that I'm pulling my hair out!'; You need to get a handle on that, or nothing you do will make a difference in the long run. You'll always be sabotaging your other efforts.

I don't know what Pescatarianism is, but it sounds like your only protein is from fish. If it is, that's not a problem, where the rest of your diet might be. Is it balanced? A daily supplement will be helpful, regardless of what Pescatarianism is.

Women hair loss and itching?

I am 26, I am have been losing alot of my hair for about five years, lots of thinning and resending hair line, and for about 4 months its been extremely itchy, when I went to get my hair cut the stylist recommended nexus shampoo and conditioner so that's what i been using but I don't know if that's the cause for the itching because I tried going but to my old shampoo and everything but its not working. any suggestions. when I sweat or get my hair wet and let it relax without drying it itches worse. any help with hair loss and itching. thanks.Women hair loss and itching?
Try a shampoo like T-Gel or Medi Dan. You may have a scalp fungus.

http://www.sallybeauty.com/Medi-Dan-Medi/a>Women hair loss and itching?
Your scalp needs to be treated. Excessively dry scalp or when you do shampoo you are not rinsing out the shampoo and the conditioner thoroughly.

I can suggest a Natural Hair lotion which is 100% free of chemicals. I have been using for almost one year

Ziravie combines tradition, science and nature to provide a mixture of natural nutrients, minerals and vitamins, which act on the scalp in depth, that in turn stimulates strong, healthy, robust hair growth, strengthening hair roots, and reduces thinning , hair loss and baldness.

I used to buy from Spain but now it is available on ebay.co.uk under ID of hair-treatment. It is called Ziravie.

They offer external and internal nutrition which helps a lot. Using this lotion I feel Health and Beauty comes into Harmony

Maybe it's some type of form of scalp problem.

Go to a dermatologist to get your scalp checked.

African American women hair loss......?

i have been sheading hair like a dog. Its EVERYWHERE. I am only 22yrs old! What can I do?African American women hair loss......?
If you perm your hair, stop. Also, if you dont brush your hair every day, it could just be the dead hair that wasn't removed from pervious days. You lose 100 strands of hair every day. What I usually do is deep condition my hair once every week and keep it moisturized. Don't use those hardining gels (Pro-Style for example) because they dry the hell out your hair. Last thing, I can't remember the name of it, but if you go to the African-American hair section in stores, the have these jars of anti-breakage creme (There's a black chick with long reddish hair on the label) that you can use. It is light, smells good, it's inexpensive, and works very well.African American women hair loss......?
I'm wayyy younger than that and I don't lose as much as you seem to but I do lose hair. I asked my stylist and she says that usually when black women lose hair its because of chemical damage.

If you have ever colored your hair, gotten a perm, or even apply lots of heat to your hair,it could result in breakage.

Simple things like stopping the use of hair color can save your hair. Make sure your perms are done properly and on time. Don't wait to long and not to soon because that causes TONS of breakage. If heat is your problem, switch to a ceramic one. They are easier on your hair and make breakage minimal .

An easier way is to simply keep your hair moist. Apply olive oil hair lotions and grease to your hair and massage it into your scalp. Keep the front braided as often as possible and make sure the back (where breakage is usually worst) is always brushed down and hair combed out.

Hope I helped.
Relaxing? Stop. Those chemicals are probably killing already dead hair cells. Try wearing protective hair styles (not too tight braids, wigs, no glue weaves, etc) for a few months. Also it may be time to switch hair products. Don't use products with alcohol in them and make sure you deep condition at least once a month.

Are you drinking plenty of water? Drink more.

The only thing I use on my hair is Shea Butter, using more than three products at a time can be more damaging than helpful.

Women hair loss?

i keep picking them until there's blood coming out. i been doing

this about a year. is it possible that i lost alot of blood ,that

cause my hair falling out? Please help!Women hair loss?
OKAY... I am not a DR but here you go the reasons women bald... #1 diet # 2 hormone change like thyroid problem #3 genetic #4 damage like relaxers, perms, color. if you are relly concerned talk to your obgyn in your next visit they can run tests that can rule out all of the above. What you can do take b complex vitimins use a product like nioxin you can tak pre natal vit. drink alot of water get a hair cut and ask your hairdresser OH YHEA STRESS TOOWomen hair loss?
well it could be from stress (alopecia areata), change in medications, stress on edges of hair (not sure if you wear extensions) also could result from hair being pulled to tight (pony tail) i strongly doubt it is from losing blood from constant picking of your lips, that's unheard of. i would suggest you do some research on hair loss, it is hard to give any type of advice because i don't know your lifestyle or what is going on in your life. hope the info helped.
Provillus is a new and revolutionary herbal medication to treat hair loss in men and women. Provillus comes in a convenient tablet form that is taken daily for the treatment of male hair loss and female hair loss. Provillus is an all-natural supplement available without a prescription.
Female pattern baldness is also related with hormonal disorder. So, it is most likely to occur when body of a woman is passing through great variations. Delivery and menopause are the two stages in the life of a woman when her body passes through hormonal variations. Thus, immediately after delivery and occurrence of menopause possibility of female pattern baldness is high.

Hair is made up of dead proteins; vitamins and minerals also play important role in growth of hair. Therefore, their deficiency can also bring baldness in men and women. There are many hair loss drugs which either cure male pattern baldness or female baldness or compensate deficiency of minerals and vitamins. The search for such a hair loss medication which fights with baldness at all fronts ends with Provillus. Hi! Im 28 and my hair is thinning really bad on the top of my head. What causes women hair loss?
It's most likely that it's a lack of Vitamin B6 in your body that's causing the problem - most cases of hair loss are because of this.

The reason for your hair loss can be due to many different factors. The treatment will depend entirely on what is causing your loss. It could be your diet, menopause, improper hair care, stress... and the list goes on. You must determine the cause of Your hair fall, to find the treatment that is right for you.
I get troubled by this too. I though that only males experience hair loss but I notice that my hair has been thinning too. A friend recommended me this treatment and it did wonders for me. I notice that my hair's starting to get thicker, I love it!

anyway as we know hair loss can be caused by many different reasons! Find out the actual cause of hair loss! There are many causes of loss of hair such as stress, poor nutrition ,medications, thyroid dysfunctions, illness, fungal infections ,hormonal problems, to mention a few.

year ago I suffered from hair loss too and I started trying everything you can imagine to stop my hair loss.

the things that really worked for me was:

    1) Vitamin A - an anti-oxidant which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp;

    2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping hair follicles productive. The 'B' vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation;

    3) massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage;

    4) Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice(you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three);

    5) also I used herbal treatment - TrichoZed

It is a good product that helps prevent hair loss and it is an FDA approved product. I think it is very important!

It worked and still works for me!

I do not know if any pharmacies carry TrichoZed but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here http://www.trichozed.info/why.php

It enhances hair growth by blocking DHT (Dihydrotestostrone) - a major cause of hair loss!

    good luck!

    Female-Pattern Hair Loss

As women age, their hair tends to thin out, although the results are not as dramatic as they are for many men - think of your grandmother's hair compared to your grandfather's (if he has any). Women's pattern of hair loss is analogous to men's, but has several important differences. The ages we begin having hair loss are the same. A few of both sexes will begin having hair loss very early--in their twenties, but most do not note changes until the mid-thirties to forties. Women's hair loss tends to be an even overall thinning; as opposed to men's hair loss in which the hairline recedes and/or there is balding at the crown of the head. Women tend to lose hair on the crown and at the hairline, which is referred to as female-pattern hair loss.

    When to Worry

Of course, although hair loss may often be temporary, a condition called alopecia areata (al-o-pee-see-uh are-ee-ah-tuh) is more serious. This disease is characterized by patchy loss of hair, and if a woman is experiencing this, she should consult her dermatologist. Corticosteroids are often prescribed to slow or even halt hair loss.

Hair loss is often hereditary and effects about 50% of women. So long as it is not abrupt, severe, or patchy, nor caused by emotional or physical stresses, it can be considered a normal part of maturing.

    Treatment

However natural or normal this may be, many women want to reverse or halt this trend. If a woman wishes to take action medically, she will get better results if she acts sooner rather than later. Rogaine (minoxidil) is one of the most popular remedies. Still, only about 20% of people have normal hair re-growth, another 40% have a lighter, shorter re-growth that

It's normal for girls to lose their hair. You'd be surprised by how much is ok to lose. I know it helps if you have a proper diet. So one thing you want to do is to eat more fruit and vegetables and perhaps take vitamins, maybe a daily vitamin. You could also go to the local drug store or a nutrition store and buy pills that are especially for hair growth/thickness. It could also be because of your mother's side. But if none of this helps, talk to your doctor and see if they can prescribe anything for you. But it is normal for a girl to lose about 30-50 strands of hair a day.
Don't be sad, it will only make u loss more hair. If you hair loss is based on heridity then ask your doctor if their are any medications, especially if you are noticing major chunks of hair or patches forming. It could be something more serious. However, if you are just noticing thinning then try Rogaine, Propecia, or Beauty 4 Ashes Thick N Rich if you are looking for an all natural solution. NO product will prevent hair loss unless you control your stress, maintain a healthy diet, continue taking care of the hair you have. The best home remedy is mixing a spoon of coconut oil with Vitamin E oil and massaging it into the scalp.
i have the same thing and it can be a lot of reasons. like

    stress.

not enough vitamin's in your body

    you might be getting sick

using a flat iron or curling iron

taking to hot of shower or bath

the blow dyer being to hot

i was told by my dr that i was using to hot of iron's on my hair and hot baths it makes your pore's open up then you dont use cold to close them so the hair falls out also hair spray will cause it to if you use to much and they said rogain does not work prenatal vitimens work or not blow drying or curling irons so much
All of that is normal so don't worry about it.

Which is the best dietary supplement or vitamin known for severe women hair loss?

I am very young, not even 18, and i've already tried many hair loss treatments without result.. Can you recommend any?Which is the best dietary supplement or vitamin known for severe women hair loss?
Several reasons can cause excessive hair lose. A severe illness or major surgery, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal problems, your current medicine intakes, certain hair treatments that use chemical dyes, bleaches, and straightening or curling agent, or autoimmune disease in which the immune system attacks hair follicles causing hair on the head to fall out, etc.

    Supplements recommendations for hair lose:

B vitamins are important for the health and growth of the hair锛宔specially B6, biotin, folic acid锛?B5 (pantothenic acid and B3 (niacin)

    http://www.marketamerica.com/lcbeauty/in/a>

For Vitamin B complex, I would recommend Isotonix line when available because Isotonix line it's the only oral supplements in the market with isotonic capability when mixing with certain amount of water. Any food or pills taken orally must be digested within our stomach and transported in an isotonic state before our body can absorb its nutrients, this process can take from 40 minutes to 4 hours. Remember our stomach is very high acidic, which means many nutritional values are lost during digestion.

This means that when we drink a supplement that鈥檚 isotonic, our stomach does not need to digest it, so that it can enter our small intestines for absorption within minutes. With Isotonix products, little nutritive value is lost, making the absorption of nutrients highly efficient while delivering maximum results.

Another supplement I would recommend is to increase omega-3 fatty acids in your diet.

Omega 3 provide anti-inflammatory property and it鈥檚 very important for healthy hair growth.

I would recommend Heart Health鈩?Essential Omega III Fish Oil

    http://www.marketamerica.com/lcbeauty/in/a>

When shopping for fish oil in the market, always look at its EPA and DHA values, because these are the omega 3 readily benefit for human body. Also pay attention to the guarantee of free hard metal contamination.

Heart Health鈩?Essential Omega III Fish Oil provides three grams of EPA and DHA, which studies reveal to be the most efficient amount for optimal health and has been tested twice to ensure free of heavy metals.

In additions, decrease your animal protein intake and try to replace with plant protein when possible. Excessive animal proteins might cause inflammation in your body, encourage hair lose.

Eat more fruits and vegetables regularly.

Handle your hair gently, allowing it to air-dry whenever possible and avoid hair product that contain chemical ingredients.

If you are looking for a gentle shampoo without harsh chemicals and nature base ingredients, try Royal Spa Ultra III Shampoo. This salon formula botanical shampoo, conditioner and finishing rinse in one for dry and chemically treated hair. It features a delicate, moisturizing blend of botanical extracts of evening primrose, heather, jasmine, and orchid to quench dry hair and scalp. It is enhanced with deodorizing freshener to remove chemical processing odors, cigarette smoke and other unpleasant odors.

    http://www.marketamerica.com/lcbeauty/in/a>

Last suggestive word is be patient and be consistent and persistent because you will probably not see immediately result because your body needs some time to adjust to your new diet and to heal. But be sure to be optimistic and always carry a positive emotion because your mood affects your hormone and also affect your health.Which is the best dietary supplement or vitamin known for severe women hair loss?
Some of my friends your age had a lot of sudden hair loss, but it came back on its own. It seems to be not that unusual. It could be stress or hormones.

If it were me, I would have my hormones tested to see if something unusual is going on. A general doctor can do these tests, but an Endocrinologist will know more about it.

I would also call Dr. Bob Marshall's radio show and get his opinion. You can call after the show if you to not want to be on the air. He is knowledgeable about things like this. Here is his website:

    http://www.healthline.cc/

You can take supplements to make your hair grow faster. BioSil (or JarrowSil) is good. So is calcium.

And you can use a detergent-free shampoo, like Aubrey Organics.
Have you tried Provillus, yet? If not, you can return it within 90 days if it does not work, but it is likely that it does. http://hairloss.tk

Take a good hard look at external factors. I know that you if you take too many vitamins (like eating Flinstones like candy) it can cause hair loss, as well.
You should take plenty of green vegetables, fruits, sprouts, honey, cereals, nuts, grains, milk products, and no

cholesterol-rich food in your diet. Eat fish if non-vegetarian or else take soybeans, and raw vegetable salads. Good balanced diet keeps your skin and hair healthy. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.
If your hair loss is post a pregnancy or illness, you will see that it is usually temporary. There are a ton of different things you can try out there. In my resource box is where I learned about it all.
