please tell. How to prevent hair loss in gents?
have u heard of Segals solution for hair loss..its a canadian pharmacists' finding, for all ages and conditions and for males n females.

I had been suffering from extreme hair loss after delivery, say since last 2 yrs and before that too I had some or the other hair problem. Now, being distressed I researched a lot, a lot and came to a conclusion to use Segals which is available in India only in Chennai. I read lot about it and its products individually, had communications with them through phone and mails and ordered the same. Just got my courier today and am hoping for the best. I myself am an ayurvedic doc, so I believe I have made the right decision :-) All the best to you. For your convenience, following is their details-

How To Re-grow Lost Hair Safely:

Clearly, a natural approach is consider a more safer way of re-growing lost hair compared to those unnatural ways that may involve harsh chemicals which may cause serious side effects.
Wash your hair regularly in warm water and use a deep conditioner.

Eat a balanced diet. Nutritional deficiencies, eating disorders and excessive amounts of certain vitamins, such as A and E, can cause hair loss.

Take care of your health. Chronic illness, high fevers and infections can contribute to hair loss.

Stay away from harsh chemicals - permanent hair color and perms are the most damaging - and avoid coloring your hair more than once every six to eight weeks.

Avoid hairstyles like ponytails and cornrows, which stretch and pull hair.
Few possible solutions:

a) Reduce stress. Listen to more relaxation, or soothing music.

b) Wash your hair daily with cold water to prevent over stimulation of oil glands.

c) Watch your diets, i.e. no oily foods.

d) Stop the use of hair conditional at all cost.

e) Wash your face (especially forehead) before you sleep.

f) Reduce frequency of mast_rbat_on, or other sexual activities (if necessary).

g) Use a comb with big gaps, not hair brush. Comb twice a day.

h) Clean your comb once a week.

i) Change your hair towel twice a week.

j) Stop the use of hair creams or other hair products.

These are the things I have watched over the years when I first noticed signs of receding hairlines. Today, at the age of 40, I still have a full crown of glory with all my hairs intact. No signs of hair problems at all.

Best of all, I look like a young man with the look of 32 years old.:-)

I have succeeded in preventing and defying male pattern baldness. Eventually I have started my own site, or blog.

Avoiding certain medications, reducing stress, getting adequate protein and iron in your diet, and using hairstyles that do not damage your hair may reduce or prevent hair loss.
If you are trying to prevent male pattern baldness- sorry- it's hereditary. Nothing has been able to stop that other than possibly Rogaine.
