I have already answered this Q. Any way.........have one capsule daily of IRON+zinc combined for 4 to 6 months .Thats it .Dont use synthetic shampoos or soaps for washing hair. Also dont use synthetic oils,creams,gels etc. Even if you have dandruff it will be of no problem during or after this treatment .Tried it for 35 yrs. See you. This is a tried and tested solution that REALLY WORKS. It rectifies all the damage that the hair and scalp has been subjected to by using harsh and unsuitable shampoos and TOO FREQUENT washing.

My hair was receding at temples and on the crown. Treatment reversed that and made hair grow again - yes, it did really grow back. You use an organic oil - olive oil is good, massage it in the hair then brush.
