How to prevent hair loss?

you have several options:


1. ensure a balanced diet.


2. keep the scalp clean. this will prevent the dandruffs and hence hairfall also.


3. use a good branded shampoo. it may be costly, but still a good brand is important.


4. consult a doctor...make sure you don't have any disease or any genetic factors for excessive hairfall.


5. keep yourself relaxed and free of stress.


6. comb the hair regularly, at least 3 or 4 times a day. this will stimulate the circulation of blood inside the scalp, and hairfall will reduce.


7. would you like some home-made recipe? then try this: smash 2 or 3 cloves of a midium sized onion. then mix this smashed cloves with the portion of hair oil you want to use. squeeze the cloves well so that juices come out. now mix it up with the oil. message this oil on the scalp thoroughly. do this twice a week. it works.





finally, let me add that, hairfall is natural. hair falls everyday and its normal that this fall is around 100 in number for each day. if you still think your hairfall is excessive, its better to visit a doctor. my parents are doctors and they told me this.

Think I heard from somewhere that zinc? is supposed to be good for hair.


Some sort of hairloss treatment would be good as well. Maybe start using Rogaine? It's expensive though from what I've seen :(
rub your nails with other hands nails for at least 10 to 15minutes daily it will increase blood circulation in your scalp and will prevent hair loss.


this is a medically acclaimed therapy so try it and do one more thing to drink lot of water in morning before eating anything.
