How to prevent hair loss through diet?

You can control the hair fall through balance diet. Try this,

Try to take adequate amount of natural meats, fish, and eggs.

Boil one cup of water, add one teaspoon of mustard seeds, cook for five minutes, cool and drink.

Take about two teaspoons of cod liver oil daily.

Increase the intake of fish, as it is said to be good for hairs.

Fresh juices of vegetables like spinach, carrot or capsicum can be taken alternatively.

A hot cup of cinnamon tea with honey can be taken early morning to get marvelous results.

Add fresh fruits, vegetables, soy bean and curd to your diet.How to prevent hair loss through diet?
Your hair, along with your nails, muscles and many other areas of your body are made of protein. If your diet lacks protein, this can be a common reason for hair loss.



Also a lack of B Vitamins in your diet is a common cause. Especially B6, biotin, inositol and folic acid; and the minerals magnesium, sulfur and zinc.



Green, leafy vegetables, especially sea vegetables, are good mineral sources. Raw oats provide silica. Dried fruits and cherry juice are rich sources of iron.
