Well what you want to do is make sure that you are taking a good multivitamin that has vitamins that promote good skin and hair.





These are vitamins such as vitamin B6, B12, B5 which all are good for your hair.





Niacin or Vitamin B3 is largely important to maintain a healthy hair and scalp. So make sure that you definitely have plenty in your diet.
