Does anything really work for female hair loss?

I'm 63 and getting very bald especially on the front top. So many products say they work but underneath all the success stories it says ';results not typical'; They are all very expensive. Has any one had good results with any products?Does anything really work for female hair loss?
Hair loss in female is rarer than the male counterpart, but differs in it appearance and presentation. Thinning of hair is more severe on the front, the temples and at the top. Some hair is generally present at the hair line despite patches of extensive baldness in rest of the scalp.

I think Sika Kai and Aloe Vera are the suitable herbal medicine for hair loss , these are also economical and have low side effetcs.

For hair loss you can try this home remedy. Mix 1 egg, 2.5 tablespoons milk powder and 1 tablespoon wheat germ oil. Massage on the scalp and leave it for 30 minutes. Wash with a mild shampoo.

Antiandrogen pills + topical minoxidil or aminexil
I take Dietary Supplement and they work, my hair is back to being thick.
