How would you stop hair loss?

I have 'telogen effluvium' currently - basically widespread shedding brought on by an event that was either emotionally or physically stressful to the body. It won't produce 'bald spots' or patches. It is all over, you will notice tons of hair lost when you shower %26amp; brush. I've been to Murad medical group (renowned dermatologist) had blood tests for hormonal issues, etc. - all normal. The answer is basically wait it out. I just started Nioxin shampoo, primrose oil and hair vitamins (biotin is the key ingredient, so look for it if you're thinking of a supplement.) also flax oil. I don't look bald, but my hair always looks limp and lifeless now, such a bummer it was looking great after four pregnancies over the last ten years!

Of course, if you have alopecia or female pattern baldness, none of the above applies. You have to get to a derm or doc to rule those out. Good luck. How would you stop hair loss?
Massage aloe Vera gel over the scalp, leave it for about one hour. After this rinse the hair with warm water. It gives excellent results for hair loss if one uses this massage at least 3-4 times a week. Check out

Depends on why you are loosing it in the first place. If you are dieting - eat more protein. If you are going thru a stressfull situation - just wait it will pass. If you have a bald Dad get over it and learn to love the skin you're in!
