Anyone know of something to take to STOP hair loss? i'm 37 and losing hair like crazy..and i'm not sure why?

To much dairy. Not anough vegetables. Posably to much meat (if you eat it). You're not healthy enough. And it might be the hair products but I'm not sure because I don't know what kind you use. If you eat pleanty of vegetables, use natural hair products ( check the ingredients, look for things that say that you're buying a natural product %26amp; not some synthetic crap %26amp; try avoiding product with methyl paraben, parafin, anything petrolium derived [so you could look it up on the internet to check whether it is or not] iso-parabin, propylene glycol, imidazolidinyl urea, propyl paraben, sodium laurel [or laureth] sulfate, artificial colouring, DEA, TEA [not like the tea you drink], %26amp; MEA, formaldehyde, fragrance [unless it says that it is natural], isopropyl alchohol, methylisothiazolinione. don't look for thing that say that they are fragrance free because they will usualy have smell-masking chemicals added.) And also, how much dye have you used during your life?

Don't worry, I've researched all of this %26amp; I'm not lying.
