I'm a female in my early 20's and I've found myself to be shedding a lot. After washing my hair the drain is always filled with hair, my pillow has a significant amount of hair on it and I'm constantly sweeping/vacuuming the floor of my house. I have really thick hair so it doesn't appear to be thinning if you just looked at my head. I've experienced this increased hair loss for about a year now and I can always pull out a handful of hair by running my fingers through it. Any ideas to what may have caused it or how to further prevent it? Thank you!Excessive female hair loss?
Maybe you're lacking in proper nutrients, try a biotin or some form of pills generated for hair strength, also a multivitamin.
Also I'd suggest visiting a dermatologist, so she can evaluate your scalp %26amp; hair folicle content and better determine the best coruse of action.Excessive female hair loss?
There are many reasons for hair loss like chemicals, poor diet, pollution, hereditory factors, stress, etc
To control it you can try regular coconut hair oil massages.
Eat protein rich foods like meat, eggs, fish, milk, etc.

it's normal for us to lose atleast 100 strands daily. i've read once that excessive hair loss may be caused by too much stress or fatigue.
Daily application of refined coconut oil, mixed with lime juice on the hair, prevents hair loss and lengthens it. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.
